The Wired Classroom is the blog of Cooperating School District’s Virtual Learning Center. Founded in 1928, Cooperating School Districts is located in St. Louis, Missouri. The VLC provides instructional technology professional development to St. Louis area schools. The VLC connects students and educators to videoconferences through our New Links program and the VLC produces the annual Midwest Education Technology Conference (METC).
