Andy Campbell has passed along some more details on his experts programs at LEARNnco! Note: times are all eastern, each videoconference is $125. Programs range from D.A.R.E. to how to handle your finances- great for high school students graduating this year! Andy also is bringing in a local meteorologist to talk about weather and media. September 24, 1:00 pm -D.A.R.E (Drug Abuse Resistance Education)- Officer Roger Oddo of the Fremont, OH police department will speak about how children can resist peer pressure and live productive drug and violence-free lives. Officer Oddo will also talk about Internet Safety. Students will have an opportunity to ask questions. Target age group for this videoconference are grades 6-12.

October 2 – 1:00 pm  Financial Services Educator– Patricia Donnelly, Financial Services Educator, for Bowling Green State University will be present to show how the Student Money Management Services assists college students in gaining knowledge and skills to increase practical, day-to-day, lifetime competencies related to personal financial matters. Target audience for this videoconference are grades 9-12; potentially college bound students.

October 24, 10:00 am- Meteorologist - Mike Stone of WTOL-TV CBS affiliate will talk about weather and his career as a television weather forecaster. Target audience for this videoconference are grades 5-12.
