Monday through Wednesday of this week we have a group of educators from St. Louis Missouri, including VLC staff, participating in Promethean Train the Trainer sessions. It’s a full house in CSD’s tele- all the iMacs are taken, and we have folks in the back using their laptops… check it out:

Participants are from Kirkwood, Ladue, Pattonville, Warrenton, and Lindbergh. This 3 day Train the Trainer workshop is sponsored by Promethean and hosted by the VLC. Yesterday we had the pleasure of working with Phil Thomas, VP of Promethean Training. The next two days will be even more exciting, as we continue to learn with Cher Pridgen, one of Promethean’s best trainers. CSD is excited to have several member districts represented and are looking forward to offering more for other districts.
Wow! What a wonderful group of educators to work with! I am thoroughly enjoying delivering training to these creative participants and “lighting the flame of learning.” The CSD is a wonderful training facility for the member districts and everyone has been so hospitable and eager to learn. So many students will benefit from this interactive technology in their classrooms.
