Several people have come upon The Wired Classroom looking for SMART Board lessons. Here are a couple links to take a look at: SMART Technologies and CSD’s iKeepBookmarks account. You can also browse iKeepBookmarks.com to see what other educators have put up on SMART Board/lessons. Also, take a look at the last blog post- SMART Board user groups are out there!
Perhaps Smart users should try Promethean. The have over 4,500 lessons online ALL free to download. The lessons, or “flipcharts”, are created by teachers across the U.S. who use the Activboard and Activstudio lesson creation software. All flipcharts are searchable by subject, grade level, and are catagorized by state to align with standards. If you’re a Smart user check out http://www.prometheanplanet.com and see the world of difference.
