Several St. Louis area schools are participating in the Digital Flat Stanley Project over videoconference. According to the Digital Flat Stanley Project blog, “What happens when a normal boy finds himself flattened by a bulletin board and is sent through the mail to places all across the country? Students around the USA are finding out during this fun project, based on the 1964 book written by Jeff Brown!”
Francis Howell School District has really latched onto this year-long project. Teachers have posted to the blog, check it out: http://digitalflatstanley.blogspot.com/ . FHSD teachers, keep us updated on the project throughout the year.
MAGPI is coordinating the Stanley Project, specifically, Applications Cooridinator, Heather Weisse.
